Vintage 1975 Gretsch White Falcon Stereo 7595 One Owner Guitar

Vintage 1975 Gretsch White Falcon Stereo 7595 One Owner Guitar

This is a stunning guitar, purchased from the son of the original owner who ordered this from the Gretsch factory in 1974. It comes with a story – as seen in the historical letters. I couldn’t help but smile at the letters, they really are full of history. In short, the guy ordered in 1974, but it had a big delay on shipment due to a fire at the factory. Once it arrived, it turned out that the wrong guitar was sent. Poor customer! However, the original owner of this was extremely happy once he received this exact guitar – a 1975 Gretsch 7595 Stereo.

Condition

It has been recently serviced by Gordon White of Single Coil Guitar Repairs, and plays unbelievable. This has not been messed with is in original condition, including those wonderful pickups and the 8x switches/knobs on the front, and has all period correct gold parts. The white colour has stayed very poignant and really stands out, fading in places to give a more yellow colour. There are a few light marks to the guitar, but nothing significant. It’s a seriously good guitar from a classic period of Gretsch design. The guitar also comes with the original hard case, and scans of the original letters. You’ll not be disappointed!

Please note that this is a stereo guitar so will require a stereo jack input to work as it should. It’s still playable in mono but designed for stereo! Please have a close look at the high resolution photographs below, as these form part of our description.
