Vintage 1973 Hiwatt 4×12 Original Guitar Amplifier Cabinet Purple Fanes
This wonderful cabinet has recently come in, previously owned by cult 1980s band ‘Ritual’. It’s been heavily gigged, as you can see, with quite a few scuffs and scrapes. The original speaker is the bottom left speaker, dating to 1973. The other 3x later replacements of similar age (1975/1976ish). The top two speakers work a treat, the bottom two speakers have slight coil rubbing from years of pushing the cabinet to the limits – hence the price! Grab a bargain!

Therefore, your personal preference may differ, depending on your circumstances (i.e. collector or musician), and you may decide to service the item in more depth upon receiving.
