Service History
We pride ourselves on our inspections and the professional service of each amplifier, making this ready to plug in and play anywhere within the UK.
Recent service history will be included in the sale and includes the following:
– Mains selector removed, disconnected, and rewired to modern safety standards
– Valve bases, potentiometers and switches cleaned, curing various crackling noises
– An unconnected bulgin plug removed and patched
– Small repairs to outer cabinet and four missing feet added
Cosmetic Inspection
This is in brilliant condition. We struggle to find anything worth mentioning.
Originality
In our opinion, this is all original apart from the handle. This is also missing the three brass vents but these could easily be replaced if the buyer feels the need to do so. Please bear in mind the required upgrades, mentioned in the service list above, which made this a perfectly playable amplifier after 52 years.
Summary
One of the best quality amplifiers you’ll find. These exceed the quality of most new amplifiers and are always on the increase in regards to collectability.
Come along and have a play!
