Vintage 1980 Marshall JMP Master Model 50 MK2 Volume Combo

One of the last great Marshall JMP amplifiers, this ‘Master Volume’ really is a beast! It has the same chassis layout as the heads, but with two Celestion speakers. With it being the 50w version, it is a lot more manageable volume than those crazy loud 100w. The two channels – low and high – give a great range, with the first channel nice and clean, and the second that classic JMP distortion. Very few changes to this, except a couple of small components. One of the 2x EL34 valves (marked ‘made in china’) wont be original, but they are a great set, alongside the 3x ECC83s which we believe are original. All original transformers dated 1980, as pictured. The condition is brilliant. There are a couple of small scuffs to the tolex, as pictured, otherwise top condition. The Marshall badge has been glued on, but is a period correct badge.

Genuinely, if you’re looking for the 50w version of this, you will struggle to find a better example!
