Vintage 1977 Marshall JMP MK2 Master Model 100w Lead 2203 Amplifier
This wonderful 1977 Marshall MK2 Master Model 100w Lead JMP head comes from a house clearance down in London. Once my tech fixed it up, this is one of the nicest sounding examples I’ve heard for some time. All three transformers are original to the amplifier and work well. There is a mixed quad of EL34 for the power section, and a trio of ECC83s in the preamp section. It’s one heck of an amplifier – grab a bargain! This amplifier has been serviced to a playable & safe standard, by one of my leading amp techs. Therefore, your personal preference may differ, depending on your circumstances (i.e. collector or musician), and you may decide to service the item in more depth upon receiving.
