Vintage 1970s Matamp Orange Slave Unit SL100 Amplifier Head
It’s not often you get the chance to purchase an original Matamp – especially a slave unit. This is an early example, serial number 460, with all correct transformers, a quad of more recent EL34, and a pair of vintage original ECC83s. The circuitboard has had a few replacements over the years to keep it healthy. Cosmetically it is in good condition as you can see. You really will not be disappointed with the quality of this amplifier. It has been serviced to a playable & safe standard, by one of our leading amp techs. Therefore, your personal preference may differ, depending on your circumstances (i.e. collector or musician), and you may decide to service the item in more depth upon receiving.
