Vintage 1962 Hofner Senator Bass Sunburst Brunette Bass Guitar OHSC
Vintage 1962 Hofner Senator Bass Sunburst Brunette Bass Guitar OHSC
I am ever so excited to offer this beauty for sale. This is the last Hofner Senator Bass made in 1962, according to Hofner records. I picked this up from Scotland with the original owner’s son, where it’s been since new. This is Beatles-era magic! It’s in good condition, having been a played guitar for over 60 years. There is a bit of damage to the binding to the lower left as you look at the back (pictured), otherwise good. It’s just been cleaned up by my tech, neck sorted, and it now plays great! The original hard case is present, with a broken handle, but original. It’s one of the rarest Hofner bass you will find for this era. Don’t miss out! Please have a close look at the high resolution photographs below, as these form part of our description.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure the equipment has been inspected by a competent person in the UK to ensure it complies with UK safety standards. This may mean it does not comply with the current standards in the country in which it will be subsequently used.
