I am incredibly excited to offer a collection of guitars purchased from the lovely widow of a guitar collector in Bristol. He collected some of the best archtop guitars you can find, this being one of them. This was released in the 1959 / 1960 Selmer Catalog. It was marketed as “an outstanding example of guitar craftsmanship”, which is very true! I have never seen another of these early examples, it’s truly one of a kind. It’s had an extremely good life in his collection – he looked after all his guitars well and was a pretty incredible luthier. This one plays incredible and is in stunning condition – a truly incredible example. Grab a bargain and a rarity! Please see the pictures below as these form part of my description.

Therefore, your personal preference may differ, depending on your circumstances (i.e. collector or musician), and you may decide to service the item in more depth upon receiving.
