Now here’s a neat story. I purchased this lefty 1974 Strat thinking it was a refinish and that I’d strip and refinish in a colour I like – being lefty myself. When I got the guitar, the paint job was just TOO good to be a refin. I contacted a few friends in the business and they came to the same conclusion.
What we have here is a special custom ordered 1974 lefty Strat complete with a set of **PRE CBS** black-bottom pickups. The solder looks untouched and that stamp in the neck pocket is an original Fender stamp.
